Shipment Policy and Charges

All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability. We reserve the right to ship products at a later date where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be notified of any products that are out of stock and may request a refund on these items if you do not wish to wait until they are available. We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery or Fulfilment Company or a full refund. If you are ordering a product from outside the UK the recipient of the product is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs incurred in the country to which the products are shipped. Furthermore your order may be subject to delay or be opened and searched by local customs authorities when entering the destination country. Please note we are unable to provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs.

Please note that we will forward the following details to our courier companies to ensure the good delivery of your order: name, delivery address, phone number and email address. Those companies include: DHL. Interlink. Orders paid for before 2pm are dispatched same working day, Monday to Friday. Any orders paid for after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, except bank holidays. 


Standard shipping within the UK is via UkMail or Interlink next day service. Majority of orders are delivered next working day except for Ireland, Isle of White and Scottish Isles for which delivery takes 2-3 working days.



Orders sent to destinations within the EU are sent via DHL/Interlink DPD. Delivery can be expected in 3-5 days.



Orders sent to destinations outside the EU are sent via DHL, FedEx or UkMail (whichever offers lowest charge). Delivery can be expected in 7-12 working days.
